How do we make people care about the diminishing coast of Louisiana?
The coast is rapidly disappearing and is a waning topic of interest for most people. We needed to bring this issue to life. To give it a voice. A personality. We created a story that people could relate to. We wanted to bring people back to their memories of growing up and what it feels like have a relationship to a place. We created a classic story line in a stop-motion animation to catch viewers attention and draw them in to the story of the diminishing coast.

How do we engage the airport's core target travelers to better reflect the experience of air travel through BTR?
BTR is already a customer-centric service-oriented airport with a knack for easy air travel. After The Day Group developed the "Fly Easy" message we developed the brand strategy around it to positively differentiate BTR from other airports. We focused on simplicity and bold progressive color in all major touchpoints with a new logo that stands out by becoming a symbol of flying. Cellcontrol was a relatively new brand with a lack of cohesive identity and visuals. Our rebrand helped to reinforce their previous messaging, but created a more dominating clear identity. We created the message "focus forward" as a backdrop for the company ethos. We brought life to all the branding with vibrant color accents, a bold logo and modern typography. How do we brand a movement around an already well-known holiday?
Do Good Friday is a multifunctional hashtag campaign that utilizes the vast reach of the internet and mobile devices to promote acts of service. We created energy and excitement around print and digital collateral for do good Friday, a national event that encouraged Christians to do good on Good Friday. Acts of service were tracked via the hashtag and integrated into web and mobile branding.

When we want something we have a tendency to get tunnel vision and become solely focused on that thing. What if you saw that thing everywhere? We gave everyday objects new meaning by pointing out their similarity to the shape of that house you really want.

How do we explain tax amnesty without putting people to sleep?
The minute you start talking about taxes most people totally glaze over. We used clever analogies, bold illustrative style and dynamic animation to keep the viewers attention while explaining the program in a way that anyone can understand. After we completed the explainer video the Department of Revenue asked us to adapt it into a :30 spot for television.

How do we take viewers through all the nuances of Medicaid expansion while keeping them engaged?
Our copywriting team worked directly with LHCC to develop a script that communicated all of the relevant information. We used a friendly “Average Joe” character to walk us through the script. He takes the viewer on a journey through a lush Louisiana backdrop from the coverage gap all the way to getting medicaid. The engaging visual story is sure to keep even the most inattentive viewer’s attention.
